These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using wingmanhandymanservices.com and the resources offered by Wingman Handyman Services, a sole proprietorship operated by Mike Turner in Kansas ("Wingman," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms before using our website or resources.

Website information and DIY guidance

Our articles, guides, product comparisons, calculators, spreadsheets, and other resources provide general information for homeowners. They do not replace an inspection, project-specific advice, manufacturer instructions, or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

The scope, price, scheduling, payment terms, and other conditions for handyman work will be confirmed separately in a written estimate or service agreement. An accepted project agreement governs that work if it conflicts with these website terms.

Unless otherwise identified, original website content and resources are owned by Wingman or used with permission. Third-party names, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners.

You may read our content, share links to our pages, and print or save reasonable portions for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not republish entire articles, reproduce substantial portions of the website, sell our content, or present it as your own without written permission.

Free downloads and digital products

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, free and purchased downloads are licensed for your personal, noncommercial use in planning and managing your own household projects. You may edit fillable resources and share completed copies with your spouse, household members, and contractors involved in those projects.

These Terms of Use do not replace a refund promise made at checkout or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
