Wingman Handyman Services (“Wingman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website, request services, subscribe to emails, download resources, purchase digital products, or communicate with us.

This policy covers https://wingmanhandymanservices.com and the Wingman Handyman Services landing pages, signup forms, and checkout pages hosted on https://wingmanhandymanservices.systeme.io, including:

  • https://wingmanhandymanservices.systeme.io/reno-command-order-page

For privacy questions or requests, email mike@wingmanhandymanservices.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, home or project address, project descriptions, uploaded photos, and information you include in messages. When you purchase a digital product or service, we also receive order, billing, and payment-status information needed to administer the transaction. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Please provide only information relevant to your request. Avoid including financial account information, access codes, or unnecessary personal details in project descriptions or photos.

Information collected automatically. Our website and service providers may collect technical and usage information, including IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited, referring websites, interactions with pages, and visit dates and times. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our content and services. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure website activity.

Email activity. Through Systeme.io, we track email opens and link clicks to understand how subscribers interact with our emails. These measurements may be associated with your subscriber record and may be affected by your email provider’s privacy settings.

Our public website does not currently offer visitor account registration.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to questions, evaluate projects, prepare estimates, schedule work, and provide services.
  • Deliver requested checklists, resources, and digital purchases.
  • Process orders and provide receipts, support, and other purchase-related communications.
  • Send follow-up educational and promotional emails to people who sign up for them.
  • Understand website and email engagement and improve our content and customer experience.
  • Maintain business records, protect against misuse or fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an estimate request, contacting us, or becoming a customer does not by itself enroll you in our marketing email list.

3. Email choices and project communications

When you join through a signup form, we use your information to deliver the requested resource and send the follow-up emails described on that form. Those emails may include homeowner guidance, related resources, and offers for our services or digital products.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting mike@wingmanhandymanservices.com. We honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days. We may retain limited information needed to record your opt-out and avoid subscribing you again without your request.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop communications needed to handle an active inquiry, project, purchase, or legal obligation. We do not currently send promotional text messages. We may use a phone number you provide to communicate about your individual inquiry or project.

4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking choices

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website and hosted pages may use cookies or similar technologies to operate forms and checkout, support security, and measure usage. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our website.

We do not currently use Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, remarketing tools, embedded YouTube videos, or affiliate links.

Our sites do not currently provide a dedicated cookie preference control. You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect forms, checkout, or other functionality. Browser settings do not necessarily prevent all measurement or previously collected information from being retained.

Google explains how it uses information from websites using its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on is available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; it applies to supported browsers and does not control other providers’ technologies.

5. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information or contact lists. We do not currently share leads with referral partners or provide customer information to subcontractors.

We do use service providers that process information to support our business:

ProviderPurpose
Base44Website hosting and functionality, including handling website submissions
Systeme.ioLanding pages, signup forms, email delivery and engagement tracking, and digital-product sales and delivery
StripePayment processing and related fraud prevention
Google, including Gmail/Google Workspace and Google AnalyticsBusiness communications, related record storage, and website analytics

These providers process information according to their roles, our arrangements with them, and their applicable privacy terms. Their policies describe additional details about their processing:

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or protect safety. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements. We may otherwise share information at your request or with your permission.

6. How long information is kept

We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for inquiries, customer records, or subscriber information. These records may be retained indefinitely unless we delete them or act on a valid deletion request. This does not mean every service provider retains every type of information indefinitely; provider settings and retention practices also affect how long particular records remain available.

You may request deletion by emailing us. Some information may need to be retained for tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or opt-out purposes. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through normal backup processes, subject to applicable law.

7. Your privacy requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop marketing emails.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our business and your information, you may have additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of your information, restricting or objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent, or appealing a decision about a privacy request. Where available, you may also complain to the appropriate privacy regulator.

Send requests to mike@wingmanhandymanservices.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant records, but do not send identification documents unless we request them through an appropriate method. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any applicable reason we cannot fulfill a request.

8. Security and international visitors

No website, email system, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email or website forms.

Our business is based in the United States and primarily serves U.S. adults. International visitors may access our resources and purchase digital products. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Any legally required protections for international transfers must still apply; visiting our website does not waive your legal rights.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website, resources, products, and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. Other websites and policy changes

Links may take you to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
